NextCentra provides the TeleVantage community in particular and the converged communications community in general with add on software tools and professional services to complement them and help them be successful.

NextCentra is also an Authorized Vertical Business Partner that provides communications solutions based on TeleVantage in Argentina, mainly for small to medium call centers that want to professionalize their service.

NextCentra is a young and dynamic organization. Was founded on December 2004 by Jorge Bonasegna a Converged Communications specialist after taking care of the Latin American region in Artisoft (now Vertical Communications) where he discovered the need in the VAR network of an affordable graphical DTMF IVR toolkit for the TeleVantage platform (IP-PBX and call center).


Jorge Bonasegna is an Electronic Engineer (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina) with a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina) and an EMBA (IAE, Universidad Austral, Argentina). He has worked as a Project Engineer in Telefonica de Argentina, has been the Technical Manager leading the Field Applications Engineers in Intel Dialogic Latin America and Caribbean and more recently has taken care of the Latin American region in Artisoft (now Vertical Communications). He also has served as a consultant to several Computer Telephony developers including assisting Artisoft with the improvement of TeleVantage E1 support.
